In 2023, we are looking forward to opening the new Fire by Forge Restaurant & Cafe, a pan-American inspired restaurant and cafe that will be located in the space that formerly housed Firebox. In the meantime, you will begin to see some “Fire by Forge” influences on our cafe and catering menus. This new social enterprise restaurant will be fully integrated with our culinary and hospitality job training program.

We are excited to continue to be part of the growing Hartford culinary scene while continuing to expand our impact through job training.
